Very bad doctor patient trust. After visiting Dr. Monical in horrible pain, they ran tests through the lab. They insisted nothing was wrong with me. I?ve always been honest to my Doctor. He didn?t believe me. He insisted the labs were correct. The next day I went to the hospital in agony where they correctly diagnosed me, and treated my pain with antispasmodic medication. This happened twice in one month. I?m glad I got the chance to move on and find a physician that truly cares about my well being. The owners and administration are so worried about the DEA that they have forgotten about their patients welfare. They really need to find better testing equipment for their lab before it?s to late. I wonder how many people have been misdiagnosed.

I can not believe how this facility treats their patients. If you want a caring medical provider, go elsewhere. My son was at Univeristy out of town and required a letter from his provider to submit to the College adminstration discussing a medical waiver stemming from car he had received a year earlier, not a present medical condition. This requirement was given by the school with only 24 hours notice. The practice indicated that they would provide the letter via FAX upon the return of the provider the next morning. When I called at the time they indicated to arrange the FAX, the practice refused to provide the letter without seeing my son again. Since his University was out of town, this was impossible. The letter description required was not for his current condition, so there should have been no need to see him. I offerred to pay for the provider's time, but they refused. Even when the consequence of their decision was explained, they simply explained that they didn't care. They wanted to see my son even though the letter was only needed to describe the services provided more than a year earlier. As a consequence of this decision, my son will likely be refused admittance to the Business college and his life is forever changed. If you wish to pay more for less Hey go for it. I recently say one of there doctors. I was seen rather promptly which surprised me. The Doctor was rude and brusk, in essence dismissed every question I had and disregard my concerns. He placed me in the que of pill pusher which I have never been and sent me on my way. Now before anyone makes a judgement the doctor had in his hand an MRI report from their own dept that described four bulging disks with one actually pinching my spinal cord and well as lateral nerves. So here I sit in pain that never stops, a left foot that is numb all because my Doctor Sucks!!!!. So To continue on my hell, He gives me the lowest dose scripts and says see ya! I called for a refill and now it has been four days and still no refill WTH are they doing. I have called and called. From his mouth to my ear via a nurse " I will get to it when I get to it " I will never ever under any circumstance go back, and if any one asks I will say go some one else.

This facility is terrific! I have been a patient for a few years and find it to be fairly inclusive. What they don't provide on site they refer out to someone that calls and schedules in a timely manner.The care and follow up is really superb. Appointments have gotten me in and out much better then walking in and waiting. These people really care and address the whole person rather then simply the symptom. You can't go wrong at this location, the people, the service and their hours of operation are hard to beat!
