Brought in a truck with leaking transmission fluid, they replaced the oil valve cover gasket, and gave a $1400 estimate for replacing the whole transmission, which was still leaking fluid after we left, saying they found metal shavings, yet they never even took the pan off. Went to Don's Garage right away, and they fixed the leaking tranny fluid valve for $125 and said tranny was in great shape.

Just like any other backyard mechanic. I took the vehicle in, specifically asked them to check the entire steering system. They come back saying its just the pump.

When I was picking up the car, I look under and see a puddle of fluid, which he is not aware of. They guy Ritchie tells me oh that is the steering rack, and If I wanted to fix that it is another 600 on top of the 350 I had already paid.

If I didnt know about cars, I would have agreed with excuse, but what he said did not justify why he failed to notice it.
