Great selection to choose from. However, they will say anything to get a sale and when forced to honor the buy back option less than 2 weeks later ....pennies on the dollar was given. They will publicly answer a negative review by clearly responding to everything BUT the real reason we were unhappy. Lori, assuming the owner, will talk about and laugh publicly about an unhappy customer rather than reaching out and attempting to come to a mutual compromise. A public display of unprofessionalism speaks volumes to potential customers.

Will not go back. The sale is what it is- half truths, false promises. The installation was the worse, showed up 3 days late. Took a week to complete a 4 hour job. As you can see in picture poor set up. So far does not leak. Installers lack any professionalism what so ever. Asked that bolts be covered and the pump turned so gauge could be read. Told us we were welcome to call with in 90 days. Originally told to pay when satisfied, payment demanded when pool standing no water in it. Paid just to get him off the property. Pick another place so you get better quality and service.

I really enjoy this business as a whole. Another location of theirs is my regular spa supply store and I get exceptional service from them. I was passing the Ocala location on my way to the Villages and stopped in to pick up something I was running low on. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I got service with a smile and few funny jokes lol. Great place to do business with

My family has had a really terrific experience with family pool and spa. They gave us the lowest price on a great quality pool. They helped us coordinate our install with the construction folk. They gave us financing when others wanted to charge us a lot more because of a credit glitch. Service after the sale is outstanding. My kids ,wife and myself are having the best summer swimming in our pool and are so grateful to this business and their dedication to excellence.

I bought my pool here and what a wonderful experience it has been. I got great customer service, the best price,quality and I shopped all over. PLUS they in house financed me even though I am still rebuilding my credit. This business is awesome!

My husband wrote a review but I just had to give this pool store my own pat on the back. Bill went over and beyond to make us happy and get my family in the swimming pool we wanted. we bought an above ground pool, and promised it would be installed within a wek. It's now going on 3 weeks and it's still not in. the pool company and the installers have given us stories after story. neer should of pai cash u front.

My father had bought a hot tub here and recommended I do the same. So I recently went there and purchased a spa, I am happy to say my experience was delightful. I first did my homework on hot tubs and found that they offered the best price for a high quality tub. They were very informative about the product ,answered all of my questions. Delivery went very good. The two delivery men took extra special care working around my screened in enclosure. Service during and after the sale has just been outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

This is worse than any fligh by night used card business in the book. False advertising on proces. SPAS are outrageous. VERy VERY dirty dealings.

I bought my swimming pool from family Pool and spa in ocala and it was a most enjoyable transaction. They were professional,courteous and friendly. They gave me a better price than anyone for over a 50 mile radius. They treated my wife,children and myself like gold. I recommend them highly!

I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. From the moment we walked thru their door and to present day we are treated like we are their most important customer. I BOUGHT A SWIMMING POOL AND A HOT TUB FROM THIS QUAINT OCALA STORE. WE ARE LOVING THE EXPERIENCE OF BOTH PURCHASES. THEIR PRICES FIT NICELY WITHIN OUR BUDGET AND THE QUALITY IS AMAZING. Manager took me in his office an show mewhere it said they would beat any body price.So I went to Rex pool warehouse an got a witten invoice on a 24 foot pool idenical to family pool an spa.They would not match an told me they was out of that pool but the day before they had plenty.Then try to sell me a scratch up pool that had been out of box for years.

There is no need for a counter sales person to be rude to a customer!!
