I can't say enough good things about Aire Masters, who were recommended to me by a friend. I called on a Friday morning and Abi came out that same afternoon. He first worked with me to see if there was any way to repair my A/C (I had been putting off the inevitable for years). He was very patient as I looked over the damaged parts and general dilapidation and concluded that it had finally bit the dust. He gave me several options for a new unit, giving consideration to my budget. All estimates were in writing and detailed.

Monday, Abi contacted me from the parts distributor to discuss and make sure that he ordered exactly what I wanted in terms of SEER rating, reliability, features, type of thermostat and cost. He then came to my house that same afternoon and began removing the old equipment.

Tuesday morning bright and early, Erick, Jakob and Tony arrived to install the new system. They were finished by noon! These gentlemen were all extremely knowledgeable, competent, efficient, neat in their work, polite and personable. They did a wonderful job in record time and I now have a great new system at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Aire Masters to anyone in the Ocala area who needs repair or replacement of their A/C system.
