we purchased a good used unit in feb. 2016 and I called them Friday 4/29 to tell them it is running all the time and it 82 degrees in here and I have health issues that I can't tolerate the heat and every time I called they said someone will call me back. Well no one called back till the next day after I called 5 times and threatened to call someone else and send them the bill. Then that person said he will tell the used ac tech and he will call me back. Well again no one called so I tried another one of their numbers and got the same girl and she told me the tech told her that he called me and told me he ordered the part and it will be next week cause their warehouse is closed, well I said no such person called me and how in the world would they know what is wrong with it and what part would they need cause no one was here nor did I talk to anyone other than the one man who said someone would call me. Then she got nasty. old folks sweating in the heat.
