Customer service/ receptionist was pretty curt, but decided she was not who would be coming to our house. The Ace driver/ sewage man was incredibly polite and did a fantastic, quick job. We will always ask for JOE. What a nice man. Rates are comparable. Serviceman was top drawer.

Excellent customer service! I called in at 9am with a non-emergency to have my tank pumped and by 11:30am Joe called and said he would be here within 20 minutes. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to tell me about the operation of the septic system and gave me some helpful tips to avoid problems in the future. He even set me up for a reminder call in two years! I highly recommend Ace and will use them in the future.
