My wife just bought 2 electronic fantasia hookahs from here, got home and one worked and one didn’t, called up there about 5 minutes after we left, guy was rude and said sorry nothing we can do. Great customer service and he hung up on me. We will never be back we will go to Russell’s vape lounge from now on, right down the road, along with my other 8 friends that shop there also. The guy even bragged about his prices, but when you sell broken junk then it’s double what you normally spend. In this day and age with facebook and reviews how could you not stand behind your products.
