I bough a livingsocial voucher for my mother in law. Her appointment was at 10am and we got there at 10am, nobody was at the salon. About 10-12 min one of the workers came in and said she was going to get the owner. they finally open at 10:15; no apology or anything. My mother in law is handicapped that has to use a wheeled walker. Shame on them for making her wait and use her little energy for nothing. The hair was colored bright red and they could tell she was not happy with the outcome and did not offer to do anything. I dont recommend this salon. I will make sure that livingsocial knows about it too.

I had an awesome wedding day because of these girls and would recommend them to everyone! I actually been a client for about a year now and when i got engaged i decided to schedule my wedding party at style envy! It was myself and 12 other girls who got our hair and makeup done. We arrived to the salon around 8 am and needed to be done and gone by 12 which she had us all out of there by 11 am. The hair and makeup done by style envy was amazing. Each and everyone of us had great hair all day it stayed in beautiful and by the end of the night it was still in just as tight as when we got it done in the morning. The makeup was done exactly how we each asked some wanted bold and others wanted natural and she did exactly how we asked!!! They also provided bagels and a beverage of our choice (which we chose mimosa's..orange juice and verdi champagne). Before the actual day of my wedding she did a trial run so i would feel comfortable and would know what i wanted for the day of the wedding. I was so pleased as well as my bridal party was too of the service we received from this salon that it was an unforgettable experience that made my wedding day just that much better. They made sure that they had only my bridal party in there at the time so me and the girls could have a good time and enjoy the morning!!! Style Envy was by far the best experience i have ever had!! I was referred by a friend who will only go to this salon so i figured i would give them a try. I needed to get highlights and lowlights done all over and for the longest time i couldn't find a salon to achieve the right color i was looking for UNTIL i found style envy. The girl knew exactly what i was talking about and for now on i will only go to style envy. It is a upscale clean salon that was very well managed. I felt very comfortable, the employees and herself were very friendly and treated me as a valuable customer, i even got 15% off for my first time visit!! I will most certainly be back at style envy for another great experience.

I have never been so outraged in my life. I came in for a perm... Loose long curls. Nothing hard! First off when I made my appointment they said they only accepted cash, should've been a red flag right there. When I got there, there was hair all over the place, and the salon owners friends just sitting around the salon hanging out. When she took the rollers out i knew right away something was wrong by the look on her friends face. I started feeling my hair and it was breaking off in my hands.... She wouldn't tell me anything was wrong but she knew that it didn't take and that it fried my hair.



Oh I forgot to mention the band of thugs that came through. All her friends boyfriends came in and started yelling and swearing and making me really uncomfortable..



Anyway she actually let me walk out of the salon with wet, breaking hair, she let me pay her and tip her.... And she knew my hair was completely screwed!!!!! When I got home and it dried I cried for 20 mins, pulled it together and called the salon. She said to come see her in a WEEK and not to wash my hair for two days!! She didnt admit to me that she screwed up because her friends were there and she was extremely unprofessional. Do not go here!!
