If you are shopping for someone to fix an appliance I would shop elsewhere. If your home warranty company gives you their info to repair an appliance I would recommend asking for another repair company. These people are dishonest and unfortunately ruined my expensive Viking appliance. They came to my house through my home warranty to fix both the dishwasher and oven range before the house was sold to me. They took a part from the dishwasher to be rebuilt but (I assume) lost it in the process. Then when I called to ask about its status Melissa (I believe was her name) claimed that the serviceman had never taken it even though the previous owner watched them take it, I have written documentation on a pink form that they left, and their company notified the home warranty company that they removed it and were sending it in to be rebuilt. When I respectfully tried to explain this to Melissa she swore at me and told me that her shift is over and didn't want to deal with this and hung up. Every time that I have tried to call back they do not return my phone call. Even the home warranty company has tried to reach them regarding our case and they refuse to call them back either. You have been warned. Anyways, Don's Appliance was wonderful and helped us find a great new dishwasher and range to replace the one they ruined. I would call them to see who they recommend.

I would rather pay out of pocket for another company to fix something in my house than let my home warranty call ACE appliance repair again. My home warranty company chose ACE to repair my oven in which the glass door broke and one burner wasn't working. The person came to my house and ordered replacement items for both parts . When they came to install the items, they were there about 15 minutes and left, telling us that if we ever need anything "just call, we are right down the street". Well, about 15 mins later when I tried calling them because NONE of the burners were working now, they didn't answer. I called the store and spoke to John who said it would be "no problem" to have someone else come back out that day to fix their mistake. Well, when John called back he said that there were no openings and the earliest they would be at my house was Monday unless there was a cancellation on Saturday. He ensured me that I would be on the schedule for Monday. Well, its now Tuesday and I still don't have a working stove. I had to call ACE again yesterday only to learn that they never put me on the schedule and that they would squeeze me in between 3-5PM. I left work early to be home for 3PM. At 4:30PM I called my home warranty company and they spoke to John at ACE who said they are too busy to come out and want the work transferred to another company. Of course they do, because they were already paid and they wouldn't make any money coming out to fix their mistake so they can't bother to put us on the schedule and miss out on paying customers. I am disgusted with how this business treats their customers and will be sure never to let my warranty company use them again. I couldn't even find them listed on BBB.
