PriorityOne refused to cash a check I wrote to a roofer on my account. The money was there. My signature matched. They called me and -GET THIS - wanted me to call them back on an obsolete phone number, one I had changed weeks ago, to verify the check. I ended up asking the roofer to give me a ride to the branch (I'm disabled and don't drive); so, that I could withdraw the money in cash. This was just the latest in a series of incidents. I will be closing my Priority One account.

PriorityOne redid my auto loan a few months ago. They cut down the rate and extended my loan saving about $100 per month. Michael is very helpful and can get you the best deal around.
