Resco is a housing and recreational development company located in the Detroit suburb of Oakland, Mich. The company is responsible for developing more than 15,000 home sites in more than 100 subdivisions, shopping centers and offices and industrial centers. Its completed projects include: Gateway, which is located north of Detroit Metropolitan; a 27-hole course near Union Lake in Commerce Township, Mich.; and the Twin Lakes Golf and Swim Club in Oakland.
