Rude Dispatcher wish I had his name. I asked for a pickup at a certain time to go to JFK from Queens Village. It was 15 hours advance notice. He couldn't do the trip as he was too busy for the time requested. I understand that but then I asked how early could he do it and be able to handle the trip. He didn't really even want to answer and said he couldn't do it and pretty much just hung up. I am a very polite person and don't think I should be treated rudely. I'll think twice about using them again. My previous experiences had been fine.

i was told 25 minutes , i told dispatcher my cell phone was dying, i told dispatcher i was in a bar right by the door,coming from the airport. I see a missed call 10 minutes later and i call to be told the cab was there and left.the dispatchrer tell me to call someone else and leaves me stranded. i call back and he tells me to go F--- myself. I have been using this company for years and have put up with rude dispatchers continuosly because they are the local company. never again !!!!

I took a car on 11/23/07 andthe driver was Babu, Car # 11. He was very Rude, used profanity,he is Arrogant, Disrespectful, and has an aggresive behavior.
