Western Management Properties, Inc provides a full range of property management services to owners of commercial and residential properties. A subsidiary of the established and respected Valva Realty in Oakland, Western Management Properties was established over 35 years ago in response to the growing need for an efficient, cost-effective and complete property management service. Our success is founded on providing cost-effective maintenance and high occupancy rates, handling problem properties, keeping accurate records and offering reasonable service rates. We also specialize in tailoring our services to fit our clients' needs. Our experienced staff includes leasing agents, an accountant, a bookkeeper, service technicians and managers. We currently manage more than 800 units throughout the Bay Area.
