They have tons of Beer Selection

Hey Oakland/Berkeley border folks. This place is NOT what it used to be. And for the good!

The nearby neighborhood associations, zoning board & police problem solving officers all worked together to get new owners into this business... and goodness it's been a great move!!

They actually have perishable foods. Need a lemon or a potato for a recipe? Non-expired milk? Eggs & bread? Chocolate chips for some after school cookies? They have it!

Uptown also has an extremely large micro brew beer selection. Like walk in cooler room selection...of good stuff.

Making fancy brunch cocktails? They have your obscure liquor, Lillet, St. Germain, Top Shelf Mezcal, bitters etc.... don't go all the way to bev-mo. Support your neighbors instead!

They are open to trying out your suggestions of what to stock or test out. They are really really kind and eager to serve the neighborhood.

They also have a parking lot. A shopping premium these days.
