I said at the Sutter hotel for the first time during the holidays. I paid in advance for a week at their top rate of 325.00 for a week. When I woke up the first night I had several bites on my back. after examining the bad as in she's I discovered these little da turned out to be bed bugs after I found the same images on google. the front desk manager tried to put it on me asking me where did you sleep before I told him my mother's house has been there for 47 years and never had an issue. the centre hotel didn't even wash my clothes I had to stay there because I have paid for a week didn't apologize I had to stay out of my room for 6 hours didn't reimburse me a cent. the centre hotel obviously takes advantage of the disadvantaged people which I was not one of but I feel sorry for the people who have to stay there and get abused by hotel owners and managers. I just wanted to let the general public know and beware of this hotel and to understand what they get into if they do you stay at it thank you.
