Jeanne Matthew is great. She is not only super knowledgeable about permanent hair removal, she is a very nice woman, always prompt, reliable, careful, gentle (as gentle as one can be while using a small electric current), and any other positive remark I can think of. I won't be going to Jeanne forever because one by one, she is removing my hairs (facial). I highly recommend you give her a try if you want a pro.
