Glasshouse members will receive four preventative home maintenance visits a year from their dedicated House Manager. The House Manager will work on your home to handle filter changes, smoke detector batteries, dryer vent cleanouts, water heater maintenance, leak checks, garage door servicing, and more. Additionally, our cloud-based app keeps details of all your home’s systems and the work that’s been done on them to ensure that you know everything you need to about your house.
