customer service was excellent I only use Enterprise for my rental car needs

everyone that I encountered were very helpful and courteous. the car that I was expecting wasn't available and the were no issues with upgrading to another vehicle. From the front counter, to parking lot attendant as well as the person at the exit as well as the person greeting me upon return they were all on par and would get a 10 from me. 2nd time in Oakland in about a 2-3 month period and service is flawless. Keep up the good work.
