William Coburn - SLUMLORD

Mr Coburn owns a delapidated Property in Massachusetts....It is a 3 Unit Tenement Building....He has not been there in over a year....it is falling apart....has NO HEAT....and Doesn't care about his tenants that are freezing and stopped paying rent a year ago...now he is trying to evict those tenants....



Hopefully if you are smart you will find a more caring...competent person to carry out the services you require....



I wouldn't recommend this guy to my enemies...
