I can safely say that Charles Auto is without a doubt the most professional auto body garage in the Oakland area. They did a fantastic job giving my car the engine tune up service it needed. I had heard about Charles Auto through a coworker of mine, who said he had a very pleasant experience there. I can now attest to his sentiments, since I had a very pleasant experience as well. The problem with my engine was a damaged spark plug, which had been affecting the area for quite some time. I sat patiently in the waiting office, while the team went to work. Youll be amazed at the level of care they give you. Its as if you are a longtime friend, and not just another customer. My car sounded a thousand times better after the tune up. No more clunky sounds or noises when I drive. You guys totally rock!
