Horrible company with horrible employees. They charged us over 200 dollars to take 10 seconds to look at our tank. Our oil delivery guy said that our tank probably had a leak and he smelled something, so I called and told them, and they proceeded to bill us for the call for over 200 dollars. Our baby has Trisomy 18 and we are fighting for his life. He is on a ventilator and oftentimes when our power goes out we depend upon the generator, but with his sky-high medical bills we can barely even afford the propane. I told the woman of our situation, and she said they don't care if we cancel with the company and that they will come and take our tank. Depressed that horrible, evil people like this are still in business. We spoke with a woman named Nicole when all this transpired.

I had just purchased a home back in September. First time I ever had to deal with propane. Osterman Propane answered every question I've had about it. They took the time to explain how to read the meter, how their automatic fill works and their office personnel treated me with the utmost professional customer service. I have already recommended them to family members.

I called in mid-September to have my furnace serviced and tank filled. Being a new customer I was pleasantly surprised for such prompt service. Within a week, right on schedule.

Two days ago, I requested service for my hanging ventless fireplace from Osterman and a most courteous and professional tech came today and remedied the problem. He couldn't have been nicer. I've been a customer of Osterman and Hendel, the company it acquired several years ago, for many years now, but never thought they serviced fireplaces! My bad. I couldn't have been more satisfied with today's experience with Osterman and their technician's attention to remedying the fire place not lighting and other important facts about this Napolean fireplace.

I just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to Greg Butcaris and all of the staff at Osterman Propane for the Propane set-up and installation for our new range while we are midway through our kitchen renovation.

At every step of the way the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the customer service was outstanding. I look forward to them returning in the fall to install the propane heat system for the shop! :)

Had appointment with salesman to give estimate to install hot water heater. After one hour late, no salesman, no call. I called the office back, they forwarded my call to his voicemail. I left message to call me with my phone number in case he misplaced it. After 40 minutes, no call. I called back the office, told them what happened, and asked them to tell the salesman not to bother coming out, that I will have someone else do the job. They simply said O.K. No apology, nothing. They obviously don't care about their customers. Consequently I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. By the way, I was a customer of theirs buying propane for approximately 5 years!
