Provided by YP.comGood doctor, but extremely hesitant to change or add prescriptions-and I am certainly not a pill chaser. Additionally, as everyone else has stated, these have to be the WORST receptionists in the world. I had to call no less than 5 times to get through with a simple medication question (and an urgent one, too). Doctors get 4 stars, receptionists would get 0 if they had them.

Provided by YP.comOffice staff unbelievably unprofessional, non-responsive and clueless. Have to call 5-7 times to get someone to answer the phone. My husband actually witnessed the phone ringing off the hook and the so-called receptionist just stared at her nails. I called and lodged a complaint with the office manager (Nancy)who summarily scolded me because the "receptionist" (Jennifer) complained that I "kept calling"! Well of course I kept calling because I couldn't anyone to answer the phone!! I called one day then the next to follow up and spoke to a live person only once each of those times. So to be accused of excessive calling tells me that Jennifer was looking at the phone with caller id and decided not to pick up. Then when they do finally pick up the phone, nobody knows anything. I wonder if the doctors even know how unprofessionally their practice is being represented. An office manager defending such unprofessional behavior tells you all you need to know.

Provided by YP.comThis office is a DUMP! Also, the receptionists are rude, appointments are cancelled without notice (so you drive 35 min to an appointment that isn't happening) and clinicians make judgmental remarks about medication you're on. STAY AWAY!

Provided by YP.comMy experience with Oakbrook Behavioral Health has been very negative. Calls are rarely returned in a timely manner, appointments are made 2 months in advance, and an average prescription refill takes me about a week of constant hounding on my part to obtain. I wish I never would have begun a relationship with this practice. I am really in awe of how terribly difficult every interaction has been.

Provided by YP.comAgree with other reviewers 100%. This practice has the worst receptionist ever. She never returns calls. We came in for an assessment. She claims to have left one message to set up an appt with us, but we never got that message. We really needed help, so we called back, several times, over a period of 3weeks. She never once answered the phone and never returned our calls. Considering it was a case of suicidal depression, considering the desperation in the messages left, any caring practice would have gotten around to returning the calls. I left a similar review (so did the reviewer with the terrible billing story) on yelp. Now, you can't find this practice on yelp, they must have had the listing pulled.

Provided by YPmobileI have been calling arlene johnson for 4 months for an over charge on my bill... she said she was going to remove it but still has not... she is impossible to get a hold of and never calls me back.... i am ready to file conplaints against them... this is not the 1st time i have been over charged either people need to stay on top of their bills from them... this seems to be an issue with them in my experience... the doctora are good... the billing department is horrible...
