Business that cares nothing about their employee(s) safety. As the weather is getting worse ( ice and snow accumulation widespread hazardous travel conditions on roadways). Asked if they were sending us home since the roads are Dangerous. Was told NO and I could leave at anytime but it would go on my attendance. One of many complaints I have for this company. Professional dress is people walking around in slippers with blankets, most look as if they just got out of bed and came to work. Also was told I could not brainstorm with my co-workers (if you are in training don't think you can ask co-workers questions after a exercise test) and my biggest complaint is the structure of training w/ attitudes. Seems like they need to view their on videos to see what actually goes on with their trainers. FYI: bathroom visits are taken off your break time. Honestly I am too professional for this facility/job. Big Disappointment if you are a true professional.
