I was able to get the car I wanted At a price I could afford.

Contacted Oak Ridge via USAA Auto Buying Service. Dealership personnel were helpful and professional. We did not feel pressured throughout the process and got the deal we wanted without the usual back and forth. The manager gave us a price, we countered and the deal was done. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

WENT TO NISSAN USA AND FOUND OAKRIDGE NISSAN. SPOKE TO JERSEY STEWART ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS, CAME OUT AND JERSEY WAS BUSY, SO JOSH JACKSON STEPPED IN FOR HIM. DEAL WAS MADE FAIRLY GOOD.

BUYER BEWARE! Dealership lies to customers and lenders to get sale. Then harasses to sign new papers, does not have any financing approved but still refuses to take their car back & give back trade in, and even listed trade in for sale on website, even though they do NOT have title & per lending company can not get title because there is still a loan on it. The general manager, FRED WARD, lied to my face about the falsifying my income, has tried to bully me into signing new loan papers, told me he would NOT take the new car back and give back my trade-in, and made several threats about court and attorneys fighting it out. Don't do business with Oak Ridge Nissan, you just may be buying my trade in, a 2012 Nissan Versa SL, that has already had the transmission completely replaced & 2 more transmission leaks since then, and does not have a clean title.

So after many years of drving his Chevy my husband finally decided to purchase a new vehicle.We came across Oakridge Nissan and they had the perfect car, the only problem was it was located in Tenessee and we were in Georgia, we were a liitle hesitant about purchasing a car from the internet but decided to take a chance. The car advertised was beautiful, and well priced. My husband called about the vehicle and dealt

with Josh Jackson. He made the process of buying so smooth. We respected his honesty and straight forwardness. So we made a day trip out of it and picked up my husbands car it was exactly as advertised, detailed precisely and ready to go we were in and out in less than an hour!
