Linda is fast to get repairs done. And that is just one or two things.Really good landlords are hard to come by and Linda is one of the best one okay the main reason I have stayed so long.. So unless southern is breaking things herself or calling Linda every 5 min (Repair men cost some as much as 30.00 dollars a hour.) Then she is a lair it is one of the three.

In January, I moved into a 1-bedroom apartment that was in perfect move in condition. In March, Linda allowed me to move into a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is pretty, but there are so many things broken and non-functioning, such as the toilet flusher broken, dishwasher not working, drains barely draining, brackets that hold the food into the freezer door compartments broken so that all my food falls out onto the floor when I open the freezer. I reported these problems to Linda and then waited a whole week for someone to come and fix them. Someone did come and turned the hot water heater up outside the apartment giving me warmer water, but that was it. I had to document these problems in a letter, threatening to hire a plumber and deduct the cost for the plumber from my rent (which is my right under TN law). Linda called very angry, but promised to have a plumber over here in the morning. I truly hope things get better from here, but at this point I am not impressed.
