I paid the full price this doctor asked for. Later, my insurance company negotiated price with him to a much lower amount. However, this doctor just kept the extra dollars in his own pocket until a year later when my wife found this out from our old insurance receipts. When I asked the front desk of this doctor why they didn't return me the extra money. They told me they were keeping it in my account for future expense. I told them they have kept charging me on the later visit without using it. And they should also have asked for my permission for doing this. When I talked to doctor over the phone, the first sentence he said to me is he has a lawyer ready. What I told him is please return me the money and I am done with you. Never visited him again. Shame on him!

This dentist cannot be trusted. I went to him for over 20 years. He used to be good, but no longer has his patients best interest at heart. I am so disappointed with my LAST experience with him. If I knew then what I know now, I would never have trusted him. His recommendations have scarred me forever. He should be ashamed. Don't be fooled. I know much more than what happened to me from other people. And the greed of money will come back to bite him ..... If it hasn't already. I hope he suffers as much as I have.
