He came out to check the ac not working 6-18-2016 said he had ordered a part and would be there Monday morning ! Hahaha it is now 8:45 pm on Monday and it is not fixed he is worthless !!! Found out that he does crappy work and has left people with unfinished work !!! DO NOT USE HIM !!!!

our a/c unit went out and they came to look at it, supposedly ordered a part and that's as far as we got! Over two weeks later, after numerous not returned phone calls, we had to call someone else! This was warranty work, which is the ONLY reason we waited so long!!! This is HANDS DOWN, the worst customer service we have ever received from any company!!!

Don't use them. I called set up an appt. They did not show, I called 3 times that day to find the status, took off work, and never got a call back. I tried to call at a later date and have yet to get a call back. Highly unprofessional.

They will do a good job and in a timely manner. Give them a call.
