The selection of parts is excellent. I've never gone looking for a part that they didn't have, including a hard-to-find reversed fine-thread screw for a 45-year-old shower handle.

What a jerk. As a female no one wanted to help me and every single question I had their answer was not in stock. Don’t go there! The man with nasty long beard was so rude to me, I left in tears.

The on/off handle on the shower broke,the fixture is at least 25 yrs old,the countermand- Steven went in the back room and found a replacement part.great service and good sense of humor

I was pleased with the service I received looking for a toilet seat for my 34 year old toilet. The person I spoke with was very knowledgable and even offered to deliver the special order for my part when it came in on his way home since he lives near me. That's customer satisfaction treatment that just doesn't happen in the commercial business these days.
