Wow, working for this company, has been good. Considerable KSA's are necessary for competences as an employee. So with little bias, this is a company that venture capitalist should pay attention to. Though a young company, their ability to increase timely revenues, will eventually lead RCH as a company, that is coupled to the Cable Line Maintenance needs of the big 3 cable holders. This is not a collection company. This is a Cable Line Maintenance Company, revenue collection is only a by product of field operations, my opinion only as a 31 Day Employee, with 30 years of Mid-level Management knowledge passing this blog to you.
