Garage door was damaged and off the tracks on one side. KC came out in 4hrs. to make the repairs. He was very courteous, respectful, and very informative. He inspected the damage and gave a fair estimate for the repair. Upon completion he reviewed what he did and pointed out some issues that could come up in the next year, so watch them. Great Service. Have him back anytime for future repairs or installations.

KC did an excellent job removing and installing my new garage door today. A different garage door company had me wait three weeks for a garage door quote and canceled the day of the appointment. As they were rescheduling my quote they informed me it would be 3-4 weeks to get a new garage door. I called ASAP the same day and had my quote and installation within one week! So happy I called ASAP garage doors. Thank you!

Called ASAP to replace our springs. They sent out a technician with in the designated time frame. Prequoted us out on a few options. We choose their lifetime warranty spring. They also gave us a tune-up on the door and the opener. You get what you pay for. Will use again.

My first experience with A 1 was two years ago when I selected them from yp. I called after hours expecting to get voicemail with a garage door issue. Dave the CEO of the company answered in person from home. Problem quickly resolved. Most recently I had another issue resolved in a very timely for the right price. Thank-you Tech Dennis and CEO Dave.

Extremely timely response, professional service and quality work. I would provide a six star rating if I could. I hope I don’t need any further repair work for my garage but if I do it will be A1 whom I call.

Dennis installed our new garage door last Thursday. He had previously visited to provide a quote and explain the options and installation process. After the installation, he explained the function of our new opener, provided maintenance tips and even left us with a can of lubricant for the door. We are very satisfied!

The spring broke on my garage door and A1 came out the same day. Dennis was great! He explained everything he was going to do and changed the spring quickly.

Cable broke on one side of garage door and the bottom roller was off the track. The door is 25 years old and I thought it might be time to replace it. Mike, surveyed the problem and said while the door will need replacing soon , there wasn't a rush to so this. He explained the repair he would do would last until we made the decision to get a new door. I like his professionalism, his knowledge, and that he didn't pressure us to get a new door when a relatively simple repair would suffice. I have used them four years ago for a broken spring and will use them again in the future.

This company is great to work with as they are very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Paul did a great job with the install and the clean up. I highly recommend them.

I am glad I chose A-1 out of the many I called, for my service. My garage door spring had snapped. Paul came out and inspected the door. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He explained everything that was wrong and was able to get it all fixed. He was very nice and polite. He showed me what needed to be repaired and explained why it needed to be repaired. Saturday, Paul the repairman came out to repair my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was repairing and what annual maintenance to keep the garage door working properly. He was friendly and worked quickly, prices were reasonable too.

I couldn't have asked fore a better service call or a better repairman than Mike. He was informative, always letting me know what he was doing and why. He was polite and personable as he looked over every aspect of my garage door, making sure everything was working well.

On the coldest day of the year, my garage door spring and gear shaft broke. I called in the morning and Danny was at my door,on time, before 1:00 pm. They worked with my schedule and Danny made the repairs in 45 minutes. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and quickly got me on my way to work. I would definitely use A-1 again. Great job!

The spring on my garage door broke. When I called A1, they said they could get a tech there the same day. They actually showed up in about an hour which was great. Drew (A1 Tech) reviewed the entire door system and showed me other areas of concern. Not just the broken spring. There was no pressure to purchase other services. Drew gave his results of his review and let me make up my mind. Drew did a great job, was very polite, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would recommend A1 to everyone. I have been a customer for years.

A spring broke in my garage and I reached out on Yelp to A-1 and they were able to repair it the same day! Matt was quick, kind, courteous, and fully explained what needed to be done and what was done after the work was complete. Highly recommend using them if you have any work that needs to happen on your garage.

Excellent Service Paul and Bill did an amazing job on the installation of our new garage door. The service we got from start to finish was great. My wife and I love our new garage door.
