When I called A&I last month to get prices and check their availability for my move, the office manager was extremely courteous and brought up important questions that I never stopped to think about in planning my move, more specifically regarding the protection of my valuables and my peace of mind. There were no hidden costs - everything was discussed up front and the final cost was as originally quoted - I wasn't expecting this since my boyfriend had quite a different experience with another local mover. The movers arrived on time! They worked without stopping to load all my belongings and unload them as well! I was very much a part of my move, conducting which rooms I wanted things to go in by labeling them then letting movers know exactly where the big things went (sofa, dressers, beds...). They were quick and careful with no damages whatsoever and I was able to quickly get to the task of putting my life back together after all my belongings were moved from point A to point B.
