I tried Palermo's 95th location twice now and please take not the pizza at this location is not nearly as good as the 63rd and Hamlin location. They must use a different recipe with the amount of sugar in their sauce and their other ingredients just are not the same as the great pizza the the 63rd location. Don't get me wrong it is decent but a great disappointment when I thought I was going to be getting what I have received at the 63rd location for many, many years. Obviously, there is a difference.

I have ordered hundreds of piz...

I have ordered hundreds of pizzas from this place over the years. They would not honor a promotion for me and TWICE explained why I was wrong and they were right! They said the ad I had was a printing error that was out for just one hour? Instead of putting the customer first, they chose to put me dead last. I wrote a letter to the owners of the business and they did not even respond. I am the official RANKIN/BASS PRODUCTIONS Historian/ Biographer (creators of the TV Classics RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, etc.) and I will continue to spread the word about this place and their total disregard for the customer. I am reading some other reviews that mirror my experience.

The $23.00 pizza was fine, but to charge $15.00 for a pitcher of Miller Lite was ridiculous. Our party of four ordered two pitchers and we were all shocked at bill total. They should list their beer prices in their menu or at least have the waitperson inform customers of the exorbitant price for a pitcher of domestic light beer when ordering.

Luv Luv it!

I love this joint! The food is second to none. Wether you get pizza or pasta dishes the food is alway hot and fresh. We visit as often as we can and when we can't get there we order in. We have never had less than perfect service from the waitress/waiter. Service there is on spot every time. Even when we come with 18-20 of freinds. Tipicaly we order wine when we dine but on rare accasion we have a pepsi with lunch and have never been charged for a refill. This is a great place. Infact we are heading there now!

Great night out

I took my boyfriend here for the first time and he was very impressed. We had the largest and freshest tasting mussels than any where else. The soup was great and so were our entrees. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We also shared a Tiramisu that my boyfriend was extremely impressed with. Completely great night. Not sure when the other reviewers came by, but our Saturday night date was great.

Pizzaman

I always loved Palermo's pizza, but the last few times I've had it the sausage was extremely salty. I'm staying away from Palermo's for now. Hopefully they will fix the problem with their supplier.

The worst service in the world!!

Today as of 8/02/2007, when me and my grandma went there for the first time, my grandma had to ask the waitress 3 times for a refill on coffee, and finally when she did, it was cold. The first time the waitress fill up, she only fill up half way. And when I ask for a refill on coke, the waitress got insulted and told us "You have to pay for it, no free refills." And she said it in a ignorant way. My grandma told her "that's fine, we'll pay for it." The only one that treated us right was the bus boy. This waitress treated us like we were begging for free food. We would never go back there!!
