I frequent the wine bar often and know the owner well. Pushy is NOT a word I would use to describe her. She is always offering new wines for trail to her customers but I have never been requested to purchase anything that I didn't specifically ask for.

Anyway, the place is great, the prices are very reasonable, the music on the weekends is good live music and there is no cover and the flowers are always awesome. Stop by and see for yourself.

I just love to stop by Avenue Flower Shop to chat with the owner and her wonderful staff... they are always full of smiles and helpful suggestions! Their floral pieces are always fresh and beautiful, whether they are cut flowers for me to enjoy at home, or floral pieces for my friends and relatives, they are always beautiful! You should stop by and say 'hi', and pick up a bunch of posies for yourself!
