Hired Ralph to install tile in our home (american stone & flooring).Remove 2 toilets and replace, toilet in master not done correctly. leaked through walls to dinning room ceiling. Creating ugly stain,Did not KNOW it was the toilet till wall was cut out and toilet flushed.Problem was toilet was put in using single wax ring, causing toilet to not fully sit on single wax ring for a tight connection. At my own expense had 2nd toilet checked, it was done right. double wax ring!! RALPH refuses to take Responsibility. Blames everybody even people hired to fix problem.
