Used to take vehicle here for all auto needs until we took our daughter's vehicle in. Total ripoff and we were charged almost double for a botched job. Ended up having to go to another licensed mechanic to have it done right. Will never take my cars here again.

Bought a used Lexus 8 years ago and got Potenzo's name with it. Don't have that car anymore but I'm still with Ron. He's not only an expert with Lexus but honestly cares about me and my car. I now drive 60 miles and it's worth it.

Potenzo Auto Repair is great. I have a Lexus and Ron is very detailed in fixing it and giving me the best price around for labor and parts. His staff is very helpful and very friendly. Ron is great to deal with very professional to deal with. The waiting room is comfortable and very clean.
