Terrible experience. My first time taking my daughter to get an eye exam. First off i arrived 7 minutes late due to the fact that my GPS had me going in circle and was not told that the Vision mart was inside Pick n save. I called stating that i was lost , and where are they located . Once i arrived the lady asked for the information, she responded that i was late. I started to explain the reason why i was 7 minutes late and she just cut me off and just replied that i was late. She asked for my daughters insurance card and had me fill out paperwork. Literally waited about 18 minutes to then tell me that i had to reschedule. I just think that if you guys are trying to help grow sales in this business this is not the way to go. The employees need better training on how to give "customer Service" to their clients.

This place is horrible my little sister went and they made her feel so uncomfortable. They didnt have have patience with her, what kind of place is this. He (Eric Taylor) was saying oh my god, jesus as he was getting impatient. Would not recommend anyone else to go here. Worst customer service ever!

Worst experience of my life. Worst customer service of any place I have EVER been. Lady at the front desk was on the phone with her daughter the entire time I was there, had absolutely NO etiquette or ability to speak to customers, had to visit this trashy place 3x and make 3 different appointments and STILL no contacts. I would say that every person employed at this facility is ill equipped to be employed at all, including the doctor. She looked at me straight in the face and said my contacts still were not in and I would have to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT with absolutely no apologies. They seemed annoyed that I was there at all. In the end I did not get my contacts and had a extremely horrible experience. The worst!

Poor customer service. Never will go back there!!!

I have never seen worst customer service in my entire life. The people that work there are so rude. I have 2 year old daughter who needed glasses for the first time. They were no help. They convinced me to pick out a pair that were bigger ( since they did not have a smaller pair ) and assured me they can be adjusted to fit her head. After waiting 2 weeks to come in they could not adjust them properly. We took the pair and they kept falling off. I went back in for them to readjust it and the lady says to me in the rudest tone "maybe if you don't yank them off her face they wouldn't bend". After giving her a piece of my mind, she readjusted them where they were too tight to the point where she was crying and telling me they hurt. She had red marks on her nose and behind her ears. I went back and they tell me their is nothing they can do. To top it off, one of the sales reps was on the phone talking to god knows who making racist remarks about another customer who just left. I lost $100 on a pair she did not wear for a week. I went to America's Best got 2 pairs better fitting pair for $69. They even got me a children's warranty for a year. If she breaks them they will fix or replace them.
