I've used Vital-Pak Courier services more than once, and they have always gone out of their way to be accommodating. I needed medicine picked up from my doctor's office and delivered to my house during the pandemic. My doctor's office has not been operating at full capacity during this time and they insisted on knowing exactly when the courier would arrive because of locked doors. Vital-Pak was very accommodating and told me the exact time they would arrive. In my experience, the best that other courier services will do is give you a 2-hour window of when they will arrive, and charge you more for it. Whereas Vital-Pak gives you better service at truly unbeatable prices. I also feel that their customer service is outstanding. It is always a pleasure dealing with them - very friendly!

I called this company after normal business hours on Valentines day. Matthew answered the phone personally and I explained to him that I wanted him to make several deliveries that evening as a surprise for my fiance'. Matt told me he liked my idea and that he would be happy to accommodate me. I was expecting a high quote considering the multiple deliveries, the time of day, and that it was Valentines day. Instead, Matt gave me a fantastic quote for everything. He said he would then show up to where I work withing 30 minutes to pick up the flowers and cards he was going to be delivering. Guess what, he actually showed up on time and even minutes early. I was already impressed with him on the phone and his follow through was even more impressive. He was courteous when he arrived and extremely professional unlike most every other courier or service I've used over the years. Needless to say, he helped make Valentines Day the best ever for my fiance' and I'm grateful. Thank you.
