Bad Experience

It was my daughters birthday and I took her to Sweet and Sassy on her special day. She was really excited since it was her first time there. I was going to get her the package that included everything (shampoo, cut, manicure, pedicure and facial) yet there was no time for the shampoo and cut so I scheduled another appointment. When the stylist was going to give her a manicure she began inspecting her hands and noticed a bump on one of her fingers. She asked me if it was a wart and I told her I didn't know. So she said she would only be able to do one hand and I thought that was stupid so I told her not to do anything. Then according to her, she felt bad so she went to get some gloves and proceeded to give her a manicure. I understand that certain precautions need to be taken, but she should have addressed the issue on the side and not in front of my daughter. She cried the whole ride home because she thought something was wrong with her. I called the manager the following day to inform her of my baad experience so it wouldn't happen to another child and to cancel my appointment for the haircut. She apologized and insisted that I convince my daughter to go so they would apologize. So Saturday came around and my whole time there they did NOT apologize to my daughter and the haircut was BAD. My daughter has really thick straight hair so you can notice the imperfections. It is not worth your money and I am NEVER going there again.
