Ive been to them before for laser hair removal and was never very happy with the aestheticians, they were clueless and the results were not good, I have had laser done on other body parts somewhere else and they were excellent but tried this place because they had a special, cheaper isnt always better. So although I was very unhappy with those results, I made a very stupid decision to use them for my wedding makeup, spray tan and eyelashes. I went for trial last week, when I say the experience was awful thats an understatement. The woman burned my eyes with the adhesive causing them to crust for a couple of days, she had to remove the lashes and tried another kind, they kept pulling my eyes and lashes, it hurt and the lashes lifted in the corners. The spray tan did nothing, I had no color. Lastly, the first woman who did my makeup when I looked in the mirror, I started to cry not only about how i looked but how much money they told me I had to prepay for my wedding day. A 2nd woman tried to fix my makeup and it just got worse and when the 3rd person promised to make it better, I thought she cant possibly be awful too. I thought I was in the twilight zone, she was the worst of all of them. People I saw afterward said I looked like a drag queen, it was awful. Since last week I have given them many opportunities to give me a refund for the services I paid for but didnt receive yet and they have refused to refund me. I am not even asking for the money for the things I received that were awful, only for what I havent gotten done yet and they are refusing. Bad business, they owe me almost $1000 and are refusing to refund me.

I wouldn't go to any other spa, EVER. Wonderful staff, Beautiful set-up, and amazing services. I recommend everyone to go to Lazur La Vie to get the best pampering of you're life! 5 Stars any day, hands down.

Hands down the most beautiful spa in Rockland with unparalleled, state-of-the art laser treatments. I'm only 27 but I swear by the photofacial rejuvenation and the new Pixel Q-Switched Facial Toning. I tell all my friends that the secret to anti-aging is to start young. Ask for Judi Lynne, she will give you a competitive price!

First and foremost, the owner is rude... She should not be at the front desk. Secondly, it is impossible to get an appointment, they'll offer you one day for one time slot, and it's up to you to change your schedule and lifestyle around what is convenient for them. Furthermore, painless laser hair removal is advertised all over the site and in the spa, yet it is extremely painful... I lost $200 on the Groupon offer, but its worth paying NOT to go back there... Im not sure if they treat non-Groupon customers differently, they may or may not...but either way, the customer paid and service left a lot to be desired..

I purchased a Groupon. The service is horrible. The lady who claimed she is the owner made it such a hard time to give me an appointment within the time frame that I requested for. I wasn't even asking for any specific day in a week or any week in specific, just requesting the time. She intentionally gave out time that is not even close to what I asked for. She was very rude while cutting me off when I was speaking, she won't even listen. Then she went like… well, we have too many of this type of Groupon promotion, and we can accommodate everyone. She told me you either take it or leave it. What the Hell! Well, then if you can't and don't have the resource to accommodate your CUSTOMER, maybe you shouldn’t be doing this type of promotion then!!!! I have never ever spoken this way in my life!!!!

After unsuccessful laser hair removal sessions (mainly from flash sales), I was convinced it was all a hoax. Then my friend recommended Lazur, which I had not heard of. While I paid a little more than I had in the city through Groupons and such, I'm really pleased with the results. They use Pain-free technology which actually is pretty comfortable. After 2 sessions treating my bikini I can see significant reduction. I wish they opened a Manhattan location. Definitely worth the trip- professional, reasonable, and the location is stunning!

The negative review is obviously a competitor who can not compete in the market place and resorts to anonymous negative comments. The spa is top notch with the latest lasers and finest products. The staff is very skilled and always goes the extra mile to ensure that you recieve the results that you desire. I strongly recommend them.

Recently went to Lazur La Vie laser hair removal and was very happy with the results.I would not hesitate to recomend them to others. I will be back for other treatments.

I recently had a couple's massage there and it far exceeded my expectations. The treatment rooms were as nice as any five star spa that I have ever been to. The therapist was highly skilled and the entire staff went out of their way to make our experience a memorable one.

Got my wife a set of laser treatments, and everything went well. Its the gift that keeps on giving. :) . Getting her another region this coming spring.
