Just bought a Previously Owned MKX from Mario Seman at this dealership and the experience was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I can't say enough nice things about Mario and everyone else I met or dealt with there. I highly recommend Varsity Lincoln to anyone in the market for buying a vehicle.

I used to drive a Ford Explorer and six months ago I leased an MKC. I love my car, everything about it. But I guess I didn't fully understand all this talk about "luxury experience" and Varsity until I came in for my first oil change. I know they offer pickup and delivery, but I was out that way. I had a cappuccino (they helped me with machine), caught up my kindle read, and was treated really well. I don't think I'll use pickup and delivery- it was nice- and my kids didn't want to come and sit "in a waiting room" with mom and I am NOT Telling them about the snack bar and giant tv. My oil change ended up being me time. Lol!

I always shop online when buying my vehicles. I like to do all of my research, contact the dealer to discuss pricing, ect, agree on a price, then come in and pick up my vehicle. I did just that with Varsity. They were the only dealer that would give me pricing over email and phone. They were completely transparent and honest, attentive to email responses, and it was completely no hassle. That's hard to come by now a days.

I have been a varsity customer...

I have been a varsity customer for the past 8 years and the service department has been wonderful....quick service pricing is comparable to all national chains....and the people are extremely friendly and courteous....my car get washed and hand dried for free after every visit....they also service our family's Ford vehicles we bought from them in AnnArbor at the Lincoln store in Novi....nice people who appreciate our business!

Do not go to this dealership! ...

Do not go to this dealership! They took advantage of my Dad. They overcharged him to inspect his vehicle and when he couldn't get the car to drive after 50 miles, they denied any wrongdoing, gave him his money back and kept his vehicle. One of the employees in the service department had their eyes on his car and made sure they were able to keep it. They are dishonest and they have no integrity. I give them a zero rating (I had to give them a 1 to get it posted) and will never go there and will recommend that nobody else does either.

The work done was recommended maintence at her fathers request and to his satisfaction on a 1996 Mercury that he was donating to his grandson. The car later developed a ignition electrical problem that required additional expense, not related to the maintainence previously preformed. He was not interested in spending more money on the car. One of the employees offered to buy the car at a agreed amount and the title was signed over to the employee. The transaction DID NOT involve Varsity Lincoln, it was between her father and the employee.

DO NOT BUY THERE USED CARS! YOU WILL WASTE ALLOT OF MONEY ON REPAIRS!

My Husband purchased my Mercury Cougar 4 years ago as a Christmas present. The first month, I had problems with the car and it stalled on me on the freeway. Took it back to the dealer service to see what the problem was, also was charged $100 for the deductable fee. Turns out I needed a new transmission!!! Wow, I only had the car for only a month and it already needed a new transmission! A couple months went by, then the car had another huge problem. Took it back to the dealer to get it fixed and I had to pay another $100 deductable! To make this story short, I had to take this Mercury Cougar 5 times for repair and service!!! On top of that I had to pay for a total of $500 for the deductable fee. Thank god my husband purchased the 2 year warrenty for this car! I still have problems with this car and it's costig me allot! I will NEVER buy a Mercury Car ever again!!! Not a reliable car make. Very Disapointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was impressed with the people who handled my repair...I was KEPT INFORMED OF MY CARS STATUS THE WHOLE TIME. I recieved a free loaner car and they handled all the details with my insurance company,,,my car came back to me like new!
