Make sure what they charge you for is what you are getting. The tux they gave me was 20 dollars less than what I payed for and they would not refund the money until I complained for ten minutes.

When I went here to get prices, the staff was VERY rude and they had no interest in helping me and my fiance. When I asked for assistance, the lady said, "what is on the shelf is what you get". When I brought it to her attention that I was very unhappy about their service, she was snotty and commented, "Sorry you feel that way." I was so unhappy, I left in tears and embarassed about how I was treated in front of my soon-to-be in-laws and my fiance. It was a terrible experiance.
