Wish there was an option to give them negative 5 stars. bought a brand new E550 convertible . By the time I got home the car was making all kind of rattling sounds. Took it to the dealership the next day , they returned me the car without even looking at it. Went back and it has been there for 10 days. Salesman Craig is a good guy but the dealership sucks and the service department is worse I have ever seen . They suck . Don't go there .

Avoid if you can

Novi dealership service department are bunch of liars they are so fake that completely disrespect that you made an appointment that is why you are here. Don't trust them get in writing a fax or something to prove. Don't walk in that you have an appointment which you made over phone get a solid proof and then threaten them to sue then they will listen.

Poor service!!! Stay away!!! Save your time and money

This dealership is built on Taft crooked salesman's poor service! When my salesman lied about my new purchase I backed away form doing any BUSINESS with this company! So when I turned in my lease they TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR EVEYTHING!! All lies thank god for my great lawyer! I won in court, but lost out on my lawyer fees!!! Still will never do any business here!!!! Look out for real people shady dealings -- stay away from a salesman by the name AJ - he lies and full of b/s he thinks he knows it all- trying to rip women off!!! I'll drive out of state to purchase my next Benz!!!! Go to BMW OF ANNARBOR MUCH BETTER

Worst experience ever!!!

This dealership is so crooked and unprofessional I can't even describe it!!! I'll admit, at first, we were so pleased with our salesman when it seemed like he was doing everything he could for us, then when things got sticky, he turned into the most crooked salesman ever!!! We've been fighting with this dealership and our bank now for 4 days back and forth. The salesman made a mistake by sending over a purchase agreement to our bank for the car we wanted and now he won't sell it to us for what the agreement says. To top it off, he told us he'd give us a certain amount of money for our trade in and now it keeps going down...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We have been lied to and cheated from the beginning!
