This place has “luxury” written all over it! Massage was legit too! Will come back, and I will recommend this to my family and friends.

My appointment was on schedule, and my experience was perfect.

5 stars for a 5 star facility with 5 star staff!

The feel of the place is nice. Smells great, very relaxing. Waiting room is comfortable as well as massage rooms. Looks very clean, cozy and dim which is important. No complaints about the facility.

I love Massage Luxe at Novi. The front staff, James and Mary Alice, are wonderful and always make me feel so welcome. I have only had great massages there. I have had several different therapists and they all have been great at what they do. The water massage bed is such a treat before or after the massage. The price is perfect and keeps me coming back.

Ever since I have started going about 7 months I have always had a great massage no matter who I have had. Also, the welcome staff is wonderful. I have taken nearly all my family here as well and have recommended friends who also very pleased. I have been to other spas in the area and they were not as friendly nor were the massages as good as the massages I received here. I love the massage waterbed that you can use as a member. I have not yet had a facial but my daughter did and she loved it. The membership is definitely worth it.

My masseuse has healing power! I work out at a local gym here and my latissimus dorsi' (back) were killing me. Had the idea to come here and give it a try as medicine didn't provide me with much remedy. Not only my back, but my entire body felt 10x better. Way to go Massage Luxe!

I found Massage Luxe on a day when I really needed a massage after a very stressful work day. I called and got in within the hour. The Desk Manager, Sierra, was extremely helpful and offered a free 15 minute usage of the water massage bed which I really liked.

I have been a member of massage luxe since it opened and get a couple massages a month. There are good masseuses there, just ask who the most popular are and book with them. The monthly specials are worthwhile, so is the frequent visitor program. Make sure you tip!!

37 years old and got my first massage ever last week. Brandon was amazing!! felt like a million bucks after. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Love this place so much I now have a membership! You won't be disappointed if you try MassageLuxe in Novi!

Well, I am a fan! I've been a member for almost a year.I don't mind missing a month or two because I can get a longer massage the next time. I had a therapist at W Bloomfield that I liked and really got spoiled. She left as did the esthetician. Decided to try Novi location. Found Arnelle. I schedule my massages around her schedule! She is the best. The place is clean and the front desk staff is courteous and helpful. I like the fact that I can use my hours toward a facial and/or massage.

Agree with the previous poster from Paul. Great service at a very reasonable price. Entire staff is very professional, excellent environment and great membership packages available, I would surely return to this place on regular basis for my facial and massage needs.

Massage Luxe is a great place to get a massage. I am now a member here and have had many massages! I have many back problems and the therapist there like Danielle, Revia and Kim are amazing! If you want a great massage for a great price go HERE!!!

I wanted to give my father in law something special this year for Christmas, and as soon as I walked into massage luxe, I knew this was it this year. I came in after work, so the place was very busy, but one of the workers was nice enough to give me quick tour of the place. I left feeling confident that he will be in good hands and will surely enjoy his Christmas gift certificate.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Staff was amazing when I went in and I am definitely going back.... I bought a membership.... I don't know why other people have had troubles recently but my experience was pretty amazing...

I had the best massage with Kim - She is a wonderful therapist. I plan to go back & see her so I signed up to be a member. The front desk staff was helpfull & let me apply my groupon toward my membership to help me save some money. The spa is VERY high end & clean.Sending all my friends.....

I cannot say enough good things about the therapist Jarrante (I hope I spelled that right!). He is EXTREMELY talented! I have been going to him for over 8 months and EVERY time I go I get an AMAZING massage! I love massages and have been to at least 15 different massage therapists in the past and Jarrante is by far the best. He listens to where you say your problem areas are and makes sure to focus on them. He is also always able to get at all the knots in my back (even the deep ones).

Also, the place is clean and the receptionists are friendly.

I have had massages before, however I truly enjoyed my visit at MassageLuXe, the service and the decor is so beautiful and peaceful and my massage was superb. I had stress across my shoulders when I arrived and I believe his name is Mark gave me the best massage ever, that was a month ago and I haven't had any pain in my shoulders since. Now after my massage I had dessert that being a lay on the water table. You must try it for 15min. I went home and slept all that day and part of the next. That experience and along with the massage go hand in hand.
