Extremely poor customer service. I was stranded at 275 and 96, the guy that answered the phone at Keford was extremely rude when my wife called to pay. We used Hadley instead. They were polite, prompt, and professional.

I used Keyford when my car was damaged in an accident. They were great with helping me with the process and the car looks great! I now send all my clients to them as well.

My Son's truck was stranded 20 miles away from home. I had no idea what to do other than I knew I needed a tow truck at 10:00 pm on a work night.

I called another company (Hadley) as they came up first on the google search, the guy was rude and hung up on me. The West Bloomfield Police department told me to call Keford so I did. They took less than 45 minutes to get there and were less expensive than Hadley. The customer service was a breath of fresh air and I am thankful for them coming to our rescue! I will be putting Keford in my contacts so I know EXACTLY who to call if I ever am stuck again!

Just picked up my car from Keford, and what a Great Job! From the time they towed me from the accident scene until I picked it up today, totally professional. Girls at front desk very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend using Keford.

GREAT SERVICE! Just picked up my car today. Looks great! They matched my pearl white paint perfectly. There was a lot of damage and I can't believe it came out so good. Keford towed my car to their shop so I kept it there even though the insurance company wanted to take it to their shop. GLad I did too. My mom got her car done a little while ago in Livonia and she is still having problems with it. I'm going to tell her to bring it here. They can probably fix it. Cathy helped me get a rental car from Enterprise and I dropped it off at the shop when I was done. Very convenient. Nice people who really care about the customer. So happy to have my car! Thank you.

I just saw their post on Facebook about their most loyal customer. Some guy who has been bringing his cars to them for over 60 years....that's loyalty. I can definitely say that I know what he means when he says Keford is the only shop I trust to work on my cars, I feel the same way. I have always had beautiful work done, and the people have always been very pleasant and professional to deal with. They make it a very enjoyable experience to get your car worked on,especially when they are done, my car always looks better than when it was new! Very Professional Service. For Towing and Autobody repairs I always recommend Keford. They have done my work for over 20 years and have always been happy with their work. They are family owned for over 50 years. I knew their dad and he was the same. They really care about the work they do, and won't cut any corrners, even if insurance companies want them to, they make it very clear that they work for you, the customer. Hard to find that type of customer loyalty today. All my friends use these guys too. They are the best and bend over backwards for you.

Really Outstanding Service and Follow-Up!

Keford provided excellent service for me, for some towing I had them do, and also some body work I had done on my 2010 Ford Taurus. The picked me up on the expressway and were there in about 15 minutes. The repairs were done ontime and I cannot tell where they worked on my car, it's really unbelievable. I also just got a follow up letter and a registered lifetime warranty in the mail from them. Obviously the customer comes first with Keford. I would Highly recommend their services.

Fantastic Service! I have tried other companies in the area, and they do not compare to the service I recently received at Keford. It was so convenient to have may car repaired at the shop where it was towed to. They handled everything for me, got me a rental car right away and everything. Cathy upfront explained the whole process for me, and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend Keford's Services to anyone. I had a $2000 job done in just 3 days, and it looks better than before. The even cleaned the whole interior for me, I never expected that. Thank you everyone at Keford you're the best!!

My Semi-Tractor went off the road this past winter and Keford got there within 20 minutes. When they got there they got right to work and made short work of getting me out of the ditch. The price was very fair too. Not like some of those tow companies out their gouging people. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone who drives truck and needs fast service and a fair price.

I had my car repaired at Keford Collision and found the staff very professional and very helpful. I have been to other shops and Keford was the best I have been to. They arranged a rental car for me and did a really good job on my car. I can see why they have been in business so long.

I called Keford to tow my car to their shop, they were there in 10 minutes! They had it loaded before I knew it, and bam, I was at the shop and they were setting me up with a Rental car. They handled everything with the Insurance appraiser, and a week or so later my car was done. It was perfect! It was cleaner than when I gave it to them. Kudos to Keford!
