Great location, great price, great customer service. CSR Maiya Dalton was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Offered choice vehicles and best rental options for my needs. I'm definitely heading back to the Novi Enterprise Location.

Ronae (sp?) was very getting me into a nice vehicle while my car was being fixed at the dealership. Not only did she upgrade me to the next vehicle class, but she gave me a great deal on the fuel refill option. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and spoke positively about the company (something you don't hear too often these days from employees). I rent a lot from Enterprise, and this is by far one of my best experiences with the company from a young management trainee. Keep up the great work.

Service was great, and easily able to book the 15 passenger van that I needed. Only reason why I gave a 4 out of 5 was for the appearance and condition the van was in, after it was supposedly cleaned for us. The agent who gave us the van should have never given it to us like that, it obviously was not cleaned. However, the agent who checked us in compesated us for the inconvenience and didn't charge us for being late. Will definetly recommend and use Novi Enterprise again.

Outstanding job... Team Enterprise- Novi ! Frequency of use? 10 to 15 times "each" year. I know what I'm talking about.
