Best Buy management and Geek squad is a joke. Do not take any computer to geek squad for repair, Basically pimply faced kids that have no idea what they are doing. Also SOOOOOO expensive. Have my computer over 2 weeks $200.00 later does exact same problem that I took it in for. Store deny's. Took to another computer repair shop, fixed!!!

Stop payment on Credit Card, Best Buy tried to fight it, letter from 2nd computer shop confirmed that Best Buy is not qualified to repair computers.
