Novi Autolab took our $300 for service coupons, closed and will not return my calls. I called Corporate and they said Autolab coupons are location specific, so guess what, we are screwed. I would never do business with any Autolab again. If Corporate makes this right, I will come back and respond again.

I had some major repair done at the Novi Auto Lab location and just want to say that I would give them the highest recommendation possible. This repair shop excels in every way. I've been to many different auto repair shops in the past which includes auto dealerships, but have never been as completely satisfied as I have been at Auto-Lab in Novi. Customer service is outstanding. The service advisor Chris was my single point of contact. He addressed all concerns I presented. Repairs have brought my vehicle up to original standards. My 9-year-old car (which is a 2007 Saturn Aura XE) handles like new once again. The vehicle repairs were made several days ahead of the date that the shop indicated it would take to make the repairs. Cost of repairs (parts and labor) are never cheap, but the prices Auto Lab Novi charges are very much in line with what other similar repair shops would charge and the quality of the parts and workmanship is superior.

I am so pleased with the new management and staff at Auto Lab in Novi. They threw on my replacement wheel in a snap, and were very courteous and happy to help in any way they can. I will always bring my car back here for more service when needed. Highly recommended!!!!

Working with Holly and her technicians was a great experience. They made me feel at ease about what was wrong with my vehicle and what I needed without spending too much of my budget. I was able to get the repairs that I needed done now and come back at a later date when more funds were available to finish the rest. Autolab Novi has a very honest and trustworthy recommendation. Autolab Novi is a very honest and trustworthy business. You will directly deal with the owner Holly. The technicians Don and Chris are very knowledgeable in all makes and models of vehicles. Just try to stump these two. If you are in need of complete car repair, just go see for youself the honesty and trustworthy business Autolab Novi is.
