Jeremy, the technician was courteous and competent. Came when he was scheduled and texted us at what time when he was going to arrive. He treated every part of our home that we showed him. He had asked us where we might need treatment and followed through. Very pleased with his work.

Aptive has lived up to the hype. I like how the technician notifies me before arrival, we discuss immediate concerns and they recommend the best way to address. I've interacted with two Aptive employees so far and both have been fantastic. I also have not seen any more mice after their treatments. Thankfully.

Devonte messaged my 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to let me know he when he would arrive. He introduced himself and asked if I had any concernes and then once we finished speaking he went right to work. When he was finished he came back and told me about a hornet nest he found and removed. Great service he gave!!!
