I have been coming to this business for a long time, they have been at white marsh mall for almost 3 years. Every time I go there I get the best customer service. Their prices are always the highest.

I brought a few pieces of unwanted jewelry here, not even really knowing what I had or if it would be worth anything...needless to say, I walked out of there with way more money in my pocket than I had even imagined! The man who helped me was very polite and could have gotten over on me so easily but didn't. I recommend checking this place out before going anywhere else if you have jewelry you're looking to get rid of.

I had some unwanted gift cards that I was trying to get rid of, I called around a bunch of places and most only wanted to give me between 30-50%. I called Maxpoint and they said they would give me 60%. I came in and they were true to their word. 60% for each one. No places in Baltimore offer that much! I called everywhere. Def will keep doing business here!
