I had very bad customer service. The office charged the wrong card and charged me twice. I was very disappointed with this office and may not go back here.

I use this location several times a year for out of town travel and I am always impressed with their service, rates and vehicle selection. I have never received the level of service at any other rental company. The staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. At other rental companies I am usually there for an hour filling out paperwork, signing several pages and wavers, At Enterprise I am in and out in about 20 minutes. They even remember me when I come in. The cars are always new, clean and have low miles. The rates are very fair and competitive. I thought it would be cheaper using an off brand company once but after all the hidden fees, and the hour or more wait I now know Enterprise is the way to go every time!
